What  is a sexual harassment investigation?
Sexual Harassment includes the following facts:
  • Male and female sexual harassment happens and the victim doesn’t always have to be the opposite sex. 
  • The violator may be your supervisor, boss, fellow coworker, client, or a non-employee of the company.
  • The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.

Our Confidentiality Policy
During the investigation process with Assured, we insure complete confidentiality. We will not discuss the complaint with anyone who does not need to know about the investigation. We will also advice the witnesses/interviewees to maintain confidentiality to minimize possible legal problems.
